1. Acceptance

By using Nurtovea, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Nurtovea provides educational health information. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your pediatrician for medical decisions about your child.

The AI bot provides educational content, not medical diagnosis. Diet plans are general guidelines. Growth charts are reference points, not diagnostic tools. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.

3. Accounts

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Community Guidelines

Be respectful and supportive. No harmful, abusive, or misleading content. No medical prescriptions — redirect to professionals. No spam or advertising. No impersonation. We may remove content and suspend users without notice.

5. Membership

The core diet planner is free forever. Paid tiers provide additional features. Pricing is in PKR and may be updated with notice. Memberships are non-refundable once activated. VIP consultations require 24-hour advance cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content — diet plans, food data, AI responses, videos, educational material — is the intellectual property of Dr. Hina Baig and eBlessings. Personal, non-commercial use only. No redistribution without permission.

7. AI Bot

The Nurtovea Baby bot is an AI character providing educational content. Responses may contain inaccuracies. Not a substitute for medical consultation. Usage limits apply per membership tier.

8. Live Streaming

Sessions are private — not publicly accessible. Recording or redistributing content is prohibited. Chat is subject to community guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nurtovea is provided "as is." We are not liable for health outcomes from following general guidance. Our total liability shall not exceed your membership payments in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Karachi.
