1. Introduction

Nurtovea ("we," "our," or "the App") is a baby care community platform operated by eBlessings (Technology Partner) and developed by apeAxe, in collaboration with Dr. Hina Baig. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

Name, email, phone (optional), Google account info if using Google Sign-In, authentication tokens.

Baby Profile Information

Baby's name, date of birth, gender, allergens, growth measurements, meal logs, food reactions, photos (stored locally, optionally synced).

Usage Data

Feature usage, bot conversations, community posts, live session attendance. We do NOT collect location data, contacts, or call logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide personalized diet plans, AI-powered suggestions, growth tracking, meal reminders, community features, and data sync across devices. We also use data to improve our services and communicate about updates.

4. Data Storage & Security

Core data is stored locally on your device (encrypted SQLite). Cloud sync uses secure MongoDB on a private VPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Auth tokens stored in Android Keystore. All API communication encrypted via HTTPS.

5. AI Bot

Conversations are processed using AI (Claude by Anthropic). Messages and baby context are sent to our server for processing. Common Q&A pairs may be cached. The bot provides educational information only — not medical diagnosis.

6. Third-Party Services

Google Sign-In (authentication), YouTube Data API (video content). We do NOT share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

7. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Export growth reports as PDF. Use the diet planner fully offline without sending any data to servers. Account deletion removes all cloud data within 30 days.
